Through January 1, Shake Shack is serving up three delicious shakes: Pumpkin Pie (pumpkin pie blended with vanilla frozen custard topped with whipped cream and spiced pie crumble), Christmas Cookie (sugar cookie frozen custard topped with whipped cream and red and green sprinkles) and Chocolate Peppermint (chocolate frozen custard blended with peppermint and topped with whipped cream and chocolate peppermint candy crumble).

Don't sleep on the Brownie Batter Hot Chocolate either! Available through the winter season.

Craftsman Row Turns One

This month, Craftsman Row Saloon celebrates one year on Jeweler's Row, and they'll be celebrating this Friday, December 2 and Saturday, December 3. 

Guests may enjoy bites and drinks for $1 from a special menu that will be served all day on Friday. On Saturday, they'll have the chance to win a burger and shake every month for a year. How's that, you ask? Be the first to finish the Brotherly Love shake and Birthday Burger!

Weekend Brunch at Indeblue (Collingswood)

Midtown Village is getting a new one from Michael Schulson. Well, really, it's like a few new ones: it's called Double Knot. It's two floors. It serves coffee and pastries by day, then cocktails, sushi and robatayaki by night.

One Night Only: Ramen Pop-up at Kensington Quarters

Ramen cannot be stopped. And who actually try, during this snow-filled week anyhow?

For one night only (Wednesday, January 27), Kensington Quarters is turning over its upstairs classroom/bar/demo kitchen space to one of its chefs - John Boswell - so he may churn out some noodles and buns. 

Pop by between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. - no reservations required, walk-ins only - and check out the menu:

  • Pork ramen ($14)
  • Vegetable ramen ($12)
  • Steamed buns ($6) 
  • Charcuterie plate ($5)
  • Beverages: Basque sidra, sour beers, natural wines

Curry and Beer Sundays at Buckminster's

Fresh off his Two-Bell review from Philadelphia Inquirer restaurant critic Craig LaBan, Chef Rob Marzinsky of Point Breeze's Buckminster's will carry on with his Curry and Beer Sundays.

Every Sunday, he'll offer two or three additional, a la carte curries, beginning at 5 p.m.           For $15, one of those curries will be paired with a special hoppy, IPA from beverage manager Rich Maiale.
