Italian Lemonade with Rainier Cherries (serves four, best prepared in a pitcher)
- Combine a half cup of simple syrup (which is equal parts sugar and water boiled until sugar is dissolved then cooled) and a half cup of fresh lemon juice.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of water, 4 oz. vodka, 1/2 cup rainier cherries, halved and pitted.
- Stir and pour over glass filled with ice.
- Top with prosecco.
