Weekend Cocktail Tip...

Need some cocktail inspiration for the weekend? Chef Marcie Turney has you covered with her Italian Lemonade.  It's a good one, especially paired with this stellar weather.  

Italian Lemonade with Rainier Cherries (serves four, best prepared in a pitcher)

  • Combine a half cup of simple syrup (which is equal parts sugar and water boiled until sugar is dissolved then cooled) and a half cup of fresh lemon juice.
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of water, 4 oz. vodka, 1/2 cup rainier cherries, halved and pitted.
  • Stir and pour over glass filled with ice. 
  • Top with prosecco.
