For one night only (Wednesday, January 27), Kensington Quarters is turning over its upstairs classroom/bar/demo kitchen space to one of its chefs - John Boswell - so he may churn out some noodles and buns.
Pop by between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. - no reservations required, walk-ins only - and check out the menu:

- Vegetable ramen ($12)
- Steamed buns ($6)
- Charcuterie plate ($5)
- Beverages: Basque sidra, sour beers, natural wines
