This Sunday, April 8th, Cadence, the new-American BYOB from Chefs Jon Nodler, Michael Fry and Samantha Kincaid, are hosting their friends Philly Style Bagels for their first Sunday pop-up collaboration. From 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. (or until they sell out), Cadence and Philly Style Bagels will offer a special selection of bagel sandwiches including:
- Smoked Brisket with cream cheese and Keepwell Saba BBQ
- Philly Style Lox, smoked in a wood oven with shaved red onion, giardiniera and cream cheese (trout roe will be available as a supplemental topping)
- Smoked Beets with cream cheese, avocado and shaved fennel
- La Quercia Nduja & Pork Ragu Pizza Bagel with Caputo Brothers Creamery provola piccante and scallion.
A few special, additional limited quantity supplements and toppings may be available as well.
To pair with the collaboration bagels, guests are encouraged to BYOB and enjoy tasty mixers, such as housemade bloody mary and fresh-squeezed Seville orange juice, plus cold-brewed teas, brown butter washed cold brew coffee and Keepwell concord grape vinegar soda.
